LuxyVerse offers a limited warranty on all watches sold through our marketplace. Under the LuxyVerse warranty, we will repair any defects in the materials or workmanship as defined by the original manufacturer’s warranty.
What does the LuxyVerse Marketplace Warranty cover?
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship within the Warranty Period as defined below. This also includes any water damage as defined under the parameters of the original manufacturer’s warranty.
What does the LuxyVerse Marketplace Warranty not cover?
LuxyVerse’s limited warranty does not cover external damage to the product including crystal damage, bracelet, strap or attachment, bezel, crowns, stems, finishes, clasps, “wear-and-tear”, accidental, incidental or physical damage.
What is the LuxyVerse Marketplace Warranty period?
LuxyVerse will honor the manufacturer’s warranty on all never-worn watches. Unless otherwise indicated in the listing, all never-worn watches have a 2-year warranty. All other pre-owned watches have a 1-year warranty. Vintage watches do not come with a watch warranty.

To have your watch serviced under the LuxyVerse warranty, email support@luxyverse.com or call 1-800-690-3736 and a concierge associate will arrange to have your item shipped back to us, free of charge.

We will replace any item that doesn’t perform as intended within one year of purchase subject to the following conditions:
1. All Quality Promise returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
2. Proof of purchase or identification required.
3. Items impacted by ordinary wear and tear, personal preference, misuse or accidents are not eligible for return.
