1. LuxyVerse’S SITE

The LuxyVerse Site is a premiere online marketplace providing you with access to sales of new and resale jewelry and watches (“Items”). The Site enables

(a) Registered Users to list or consign Items for sale (“Sellers”) on the Site, and

(b) Sellers to communicate and transact directly with Registered Users who are purchasers or potential purchasers

Pricing, Stock, and Availability

1. Price and Payment

All prices listed on LuxyVerse’s website and other sales platforms are in USD and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Prices do not include taxes, shipping fees, or other applicable charges unless explicitly stated.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. LuxyVerse accepts the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Affirm.

While we strive to provide accurate pricing, occasional errors may occur. In the event of a pricing mistake, LuxyVerse reserves the right to either cancel the order or adjust the price accordingly. In either case, customers will be promptly notified before any changes are made.

2. Stock and Inventory

All products listed on LuxyVerse are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that any particular item will remain in stock at the time of your order.

If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, LuxyVerse will notify you immediately and offer options such as [refund, store credit, backorder, etc.].

4. Backorders and Shipping

If an item you order is on backorder, we will notify you with an estimated ship date. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by backordered items.

While we do our best to meet shipping timelines, LuxyVerse cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delays may occur during high-demand periods or due to factors outside of our control, such as shipping carrier delays.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled or modified before processing or shipping. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
