Luxyverse Once a Month Giveaway - Official Rules

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Luxyverse, and their immediate families (parents, siblings, children, spouses, and life partners) and those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on January 21, 2025, and ends on February 9, 2025, at 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time ("EST").

3. How to Enter

• Sign up for the giveaway: Visit the Luxyverse giveaway landing page GiveAway and provide your name, phone number, and email address.
• Like and Follow on Social Media: Like and follow Luxyverse on Instagram and Twitter X.

4. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The winner will be drawn on February 9, 2025, at 4:00 PM EST.

5. Prize

The winner will receive one (1) Luxyverse prize (approximate retail value: $1,950).

6. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by email within twenty-four (24) hours of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Luxyverse, which are final and binding in all respects. Luxyverse reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that violates these rules or engages in fraudulent activity.

8. Release and Indemnification

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Luxyverse from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the giveaway or prize use.

9. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Luxyverse's Privacy Policy.
